1. Overview

These terms govern your use of bayfield.studio and any services provided by Bayfield Studio. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Bayfield Studio provides digital services including website design, web development, SEO, AI development, automation, content, and growth strategy. The scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All work produced by Bayfield Studio becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. Work does not begin until a deposit is received. Remaining balances are due on the agreed date. Late payment may result in work being paused.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined per project in the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bayfield Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed to that point will be invoiced at the agreed rate.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
